The Phillips Law Basingstoke Half Marathon, organised by Destination Basingstoke, is a ‘must do’ race. Known for the friendly welcome, traffic-free roads and scenic course, it’s a popular run with people around the country, especially in Basingstoke and North Hampshire.
Our wish is that you never need to come into contact with the work we do. But, the sad fact is, one-in-two of us will get Cancer. We offer FREE wellbeing services, counselling, support, workshops and social events for adults affected by Cancer in North Hampshire.
One in two of us will get cancer in our lifetime, and whilst there are many amazing charities looking to beat the disease, The Pink Place was formed to support people who are going through Cancer NOW.
We provide support groups and holistic well-being services, outside of a hospital setting, which can make a significant difference to those individuals going through cancer.
We offer the opportunity to meet in a safe and relaxed environment in which to connect with others and share thoughts and experiences that may otherwise be difficult to discuss with loved ones.
